In this evolving landscape, we want you to feel informed, prioritized, and appreciated. Below are answers to the most common questions we're receiving, all designed to help you plan with confidence.

• How is RGU managing tariffs?

  If you've ordered at least once between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, your pricing has been frozen. However, we cannot guarantee that we won’t need to incrementally increase our costs on arriving inventory as our supply chain reopens.

• Do you currently have good stock levels?

  Yes! We’ve built up a strong inventory position and are confident we can fulfill commitments to the accounts that have consistently supported us.

• Should I place my order now?

  Yes, we highly recommend placing your order as soon as possible. All orders are prioritized first come, first served, and demand is expected to stay strong.

• Do I need to pay now to guarantee my product will arrive?

  That’s optional.  If you’d like your order to ship immediately, the answer is no.  However, if you’re ordering for 15+ days in the future it’s recommended that you prepay at least 50% of your order and we’ll reserve your stock.  Orders aren’t cancellable at the point that a prepayment is made.

• Can I still choose my ship date even if I order and pay now?

  Yes, in most cases. If your requested ship date is more than 15 days out, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the product.

• Are there any current specials or promotions?

  All specials and promotions are currently paused. If you need inventory, we strongly recommend ordering now while stock is available.

• What should I expect with delivery times and stock availability later this summer or early fall?

  Our goal is to ship all orders within 5–8 business days of order confirmation. However, as demand increases, we can’t make any promises so we recommend that you plan ahead.

• Can I place a larger-than-usual order to lock in pricing or inventory?

  We're carefully reviewing all orders to ensure no single customer is buying significantly more than their historical averages. Since we are not increasing prices, it’s important that all customers order fairly. This helps us maintain availability for everyone.
