Let’s Work Together
Bring your custom plush idea to life with a guided, step-by-step development process designed to make sure your final product is exactly what you expect before manufacturing begins.
Whether you are creating a branded version of an existing Plushology® concept or fully custom design, our team will help you move from concept to approved sample with clear expectations at every stage.
How the Process Works
We start by reviewing your concept, artwork, target quantity, budget, timeline, and any special product requirements to make sure the project is a good fit. Before design work begins, we’ll review key details with you such as estimated pricing, minimum order quantity, sample costs, deposit requirements, and next steps.
Once authorized, our team prepares a digital design mockup for your review. After you approve the digital design, we coordinate production of a physical sample so you can evaluate the product’s materials, size, construction, colors, and overall appearance before committing to full production.
After final sample approval, we finalize the production quote and prepare the order for manufacturing. Because custom plush products are made specifically for your organization, production begins only after final approval, a confirmed purchase order, and the required production deposit.
Why We Use This Process
Custom plush development requires design work, factory coordination, materials sourcing, sample production, international freight, and project management before full production ever begins.
Our approval process protects your project by making sure:
expectations are clear before work begins;
pricing, quantities, and payment requirements are understood upfront;
you approve the design before a sample is made;
you approve the physical sample before production begins;
manufacturing does not begin until all final approvals are complete.
The result is a smoother process, fewer surprises, and a better final product.
