Thank you for inquiring about our products. At The RGU Group, we value all of our loyal customers and their feedback concerning our souvenir gifts. Unfortunately, we are not currently facilitating retail orders from consumers. Below is a sampling of our current product lines. Please fill out the form below, and we will be happy to direct you to a local retailer for your purchase. Your comments are important and we appreciate any suggestions on our current items, or new items that you, the consumer, would like to see in the marketplace. "My daughter has been traveling the country on the Broadway 1st National Tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. We have been collecting Symbolz bears for each state we have visited as a souvenir. However, we were not able to get one for California. If you could please let me know of a retail store or a way I could purchase one online, I would greatly appreciate it (we live in Columbus, Ohio)! California is the only missing bear among 26 states we have traveled."

"Hello I am a consumer and I bought the Ohio Symbolz bear for my son when I was at the Dayton Airport. We decided that we were going to start a collection to try and get all the states as we visited them. Now unfortunately I was in Boston and right now I am in Chicago and at both airports I was unable to find these bears. If you can send me a link of where I can find these bears in the states where I might be visiting. That would be great. Thanks

"I recently visited Illinois, Iowa and Missouri and looked all over for Symbolz bears for my granddaughters. They have started collecting them from my travels. I was only able to find a Missouri bear. I found an Iowa bear online, but have yet to find one for Illinois. Can you tell me if there is someplace on line I may be able to buy an Illinois Symbolz bear"?

"My daughter Elizabeth has had the "Arizonia" Bear since she was a baby. Being that it is her best buddy, it is falling apart. I was pregnant with Elizabeth when my husband, Joe, and our daughter, Catherine went to Arizonia. My daughter Catherine, who I bought the bear for, never really took to it. Elizabeth, however, as soon as she was crawling, she saw it... and that was it.
I wanted to start collecting these "Symbolz" bears from all U.S. States, but haven't been able to... Can I order all 50? How much would the cost be for each bear and shipping? Or could you direct me to a retail location/website that I can do so there. I figured if I got started now... perhaps for my daughters October 2010 birthdays... it would be super fun to have all the cute bears."

"My daughter, Irene, who is two years old, is crazily in love with your pink pig, which belongs to the group "Souvies" and from your webside it looks like it has the Iowa state name on it. My brother-in-love bought the pink pig and the cow for my son and my daughter. They both have Nebraska name on them. My daughter has been attached to it ever since she saw it."
